The building is located on one the most dynamic territories os Saint Petersburg, where large business centres and extensive residential zones are situated. In order to provide for multistage construction, the complex is divided into four blocks arranged for maximum insolation. Functional zones, including office and business premises, shopping and entertainment area and a parking lot, are placed on different floors. On the level of the office premises the blocks are linked with passages; on the accessible roof inner yards are arranged, in order to maximize lighting and create recreational areas for employees. On the level of the shopping and recreation area the blocks are linked with a gallery in order to create a uniform public space.
