The form of the module gives ability to make it in different combinations and results in free-configurable building. Architectural solution of the module and broken building line provide variety of views alternation. Alternation of blind and glazed surfaces of buildings and balcony cantilevers become plastic and rhythmic accents of the extensive street front and single-standing buildings. Various combinations of the modules gives ability to make buildings with required sizes and functions. Simple construction solution gives ability to include or exclude the system of vertical communications within the block. Scheme of projected transport and pedestrian connections is developed to be in according to the single architectural ensemble and social and technical needs of the district. The scheme of the masterplan shows the perspective of development of the district on the attached building area.
